Riders please note:

1. Please allow 10 minutes to rider from HQ to start.

2. Dangerous riding causes accidents and could endanger the future of the sport.

3. Remain on the correct, left hand side, of the road especially on the corners.

4. Please ride with your head up at all times – observe the Highway Code.

5. Give way or stop when required to do so. Observe the local regulations pertinent to the course.

6. Avoid unnecessary U-turns in the road, even when warming up.

7. After finishing your ride please continue and return to HQ

8. No times will be given at the finish – please do not stop and ask the timekeeper

9. Hard shell helmets compulsory.

10. Front & rear lights compulsory.
