We have goods in transit insurance up to the value of £300,000 so you are covered with us

If you are covering your bike via your own insurance we suggest that you speak with them to ensure your bike is covered  when it is in the hands of a  3rd party .

Refunds

Refunds are issued if bike transport is cancelled within 90 days of the booking date subject to a 20% admin fee which covers our online transaction cost and admin, BUT , if you book within 80 days of the delivery date of your bike NO refund will be given, also please note bike transport can not be rolled over to another trip.

Please note

We always publish well in advance ( in some cases a year ) the date and times for collection and delivery of your bike. The issue we seem to now be having more and more riders booking bike transport and then inform us whilst on the trip or at delivery time that they can’t collect on the day the are supposed to. We have been given various reason like , I am away on holiday , I don’t fly back in time , I work late , I have to take Jonny to football the list is endless. If you book bike transport you are committing to delivering and collecting your bike on those dates and times.  So as a result of the increase of late collection we will have to impose a charge , something we have held off from doing for sometime but the time has come.  Nevertheless if you are one of the riders that deliver and collect on time this will not be an issue. There will be a daily charge of £10 for late collection of your bike and we will arrange a date and time for collection. Please note there is NO early date/time for drop off.
