Course details: TL125/3R

Start at Ugborough Garages on the A3121 and proceed to Ermington continuing to Hollowcombe Cross roundabout (4.5 miles). Retrace in an easterly direction to pass the start point and continue to Kitterford roundabout (9.4 miles). Retrace in a westerly direction to pass the start point completing the 1st lap. Repeat for the second lap passing through the start point for the second time (19.1 miles). Continue to Hollowcombe Cross roundabout for the 3rd time (23.9 miles). Retrace to the finish at approximately half a mile east of Kings Acre nursing home.
