2025 Corvara The Dolomites

For many riders taking part in a Gran Fondo is not for them which is fully understandable , getting medical certificates , getting up early to start , competitiveness etc etc, therefor I have put together this 4 day package with those riders in mind .
The Dolomites is a fantastic area to cycle , made for the cyclist with challenging climbs and amazing views which takes your mind away from the climbing ! I have been visiting the area for the past 10 years and it never fails to excite me when riding , so why no join me and share that excitement , may you be a group or friends, club or an individual booking your more than welcome and WILL enjoy yourself.

Weekends Plan
We will be staying at The Belsit Hotel , 1km from Corvara Town Centre a hotel I have used many times even when at the Maratona.
Thursday – arrival from Marco Polo Airport , unpack , build bikes and meet for dinner at 19:30 in the bar
Friday – Guided ride we will take on the SellaRonda Route anticlockwise , this is circa 55km basically up and down with no Valley road to recover ! This ride will see you take on the following in this order , Passo Gardena , Passo Sella , Passo Pordio finally the Campalongo.
Saturday – Will will roll down the valley road and tak on a lesser known climb called Passo delle Erbe, a climb not to be under estimated but with a great eatery at the top. For this ride bring your lights as we have to go through a short tunnel.
Sunday – Ride to Cortina a famous ski Station which will be hosting the 2026 Winter Olympics. We will take on the Valparolo climb before heading to Cortina , each way this is circa 2.5 > 3 hours ride.
Monday – Return home , the coach will leave at 10:30 , it’s about a 3>3.5 hours trip so please factor this in on your return flight time.

We will be staying at rhe Belsit Hotel a family run hotel which I have now used for the past 10 years
Belsit Hotel – 1km walk to the town centre of Corvara
£849.95 – Per person – Shared Occupancy (Twin or Double)
Single Room occupancy supplement £150.00 – if available
Non Rider – £100 less

- Your other personal hotel costs, such as your bar bill, etc

It is recommended that you take out personal insurance.
Balance payment is due by 31/4/2025.
Flight arrivals & departures
Outbound
Fly into Venice, Venice Marco Polo (VCE)
Ensure you are cleared through customs by 13:00 Thursday before the event
Coach departs at 13:30 Thursday before the event
Return
Coach departs from the hotel at 10:30 a.m.Monday
3-hour (approx.) transfer, so book your return flight with this in mind, I would suggest a flight after 15:30
