Route / Distance
As previously mentioned in our intro the route we will be supplying on a gps / Strava is a guide and each rider can choose whichever route they want, to get to the mid checkpoint at Brighton.

Circa 110 miles round trip.
Ride Time / Schedule
The event HQ will open at 06:00
The event starts at 07:00
Mid Feed Checkpoint at Brighton closes at 13:00 midday giving riders 6 hours to arrive there.
Event closes at 19:00 (6 hours for return) , where the will be hot and cold food available.
Is Motor Cycle or Moped Pacing allowed , on public roads ?
Pacers
It is the requirement of the rider to supply a pacer , motorbike or moped , NO CARS and the organisers must be supplied with the riders name and motorbike / moped registration number

PAYMENT
Payment – refund terms are below and override our TC’s regards payment/refunds , else all other Tc’s are in force.
Event date 16/7/2024
Cancellation 90 days before the event 100% refund
Cancellation between 89 days and 60 days before the event 50% refund
Cancellation between 59 days and 30 days before the event 30% refund
Cancellation less than 30 days before the event NO refund
Cancellation will only be accepted via email and the refund value is taken from the email date.
